2022 Spring Alishan High Mountain

Story

Alishan was the first high mountain region in Taiwan to begin growing tea on a large scale. We like to find Alishan oolongs with lots of beautiful floral notes. The tea garden that we work with is located about 1200 meters high in Zhangshu Hu.

Description

A sweet and pretty Alishan tea. Sweet milk candy scent comes off the dry leaves in a hot teapot. Brewed tea shows light and refreshing floral tones with some citrus, with sweet cream notes in the lower frequencies. Broth is round and creamy.

A delightful Spring harvest for lovers of Alishan tea.
