2018 Winter Lishan High MountainFloating Leaves Tea
Lishan, which translates to 'Pear Mountain' is one of Taiwan's most famous tea mountains. The misty peaks of this very high alpine region accent Taroko Gorge National Park on the East Coast of Taiwan. This tea garden is located about 1800 meters high on the mountain.
The broth 'melts' as it hits the tongue with an incredibly buttery feeling. The taste is fruity with citrus high notes and bass of sweet cooked vegetables with butter. If you like high mountain oolongs that are full flavored and buttery, this is your tea.
