2019 Spring Shan Lin Xi High MountainFloating Leaves Tea
The dry leaves have a strong fruit scent. Upon wetting the leaves, the bouquet is bright and fragrant.
The broth itself is bright, with a lively, invigorating texture. The aftertaste is bold, coming on very quickly after swallowing the broth. A sweet bouquet of floral and young fruit notes lingers very apparently and for a long time. Salivation is also very quick.
Overall, this is the boldest high mountain oolong in our lineup this season. In music, it's a trumpet. In weather, it's a bright sunny day. In fireworks, it's a cherry bomb.
