Story
Famous high elevation oolong tea from Shizuo Alishan, Pearls of Dew or 珠露茶 is medium roasted to bring out its rich fruitiness and solid foundation. Like a prettier Dong Ding with more complexity in the aroma, this tea is an awesome balance between meaty and aromatic.
Description
This complex, sensuous aroma contains notes of young fruit, charred zucchini and vanilla that dance above a thick, mineral tea broth. This medium roasted tea has an earthy broth that sooths the throat, and heady scent that refreshes the sinuses and eyes. Sweet aroma lingers in the mouth, and brings out delicate salivation.
Hence, the reason we chose this tea to accompany the changing seasons. We find it to be an excellent balance of refreshing and warming.
