Crimson Beauty
Story
Honey fragrant -- or bug bitten -- crimson style red tea produced from Lishan high mountain oolong tea garden material.
Description
Dry leaves are black, delicate and spindly, with little tufts of golden furry buds at the end. Aroma of dry leaf is dominated by a sweet malt flavor.
Broth is oily looking with a soft amber color.
Lychee, tropical fruit and sandalwood with a delicate floral tone like rose topping off the high end. Indulgently sweet and rich broth, with a mouth filling texture that is at once velvety and chewy.
Potent sweet aftertaste lingers like honey, particularly in the back of the throat.
The sexy lovechild of Oriental Beauty and 'Crimson' style High Mountain tea.
