Thick savory broth with a creamy feel on the tongue. Drinks like a thirst quencher tea but also like a rich umami broth, something like a good dashi but with aromatics of flowers and a tiny bit of almondy marzipan. Like a mountain breeze, it is perfectly refreshing on a hot day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you're a die-hard high mountain fan but want to get into the superior fragrance that baozhong can offer, this is a good entry point.
