We're ecstatic to be working with this farmer for the second season in a row. He is extremely skilled and this garden is very, very clean. He makes high mountain oolong a touch on the green side, so the aroma will be more punchy than our Alishan teas, but oxidation is still sufficient to make a soft round broth.
Vivacious, fragrant and sexy, this tea is brimming with good mineral taste. It's broth is well structured, tight and dense with a refreshing feel like drinking perfectly clean mountain spring water. Aroma is alluring. Plenty of rich savory umami, and still retains plenty of florals and citrus. Clean and powerful tea.
