Light Oolong
Light oolongs are preferably drunk fresh and in season. We cycle through our seasonal offerings twice a year in rhythm with Taiwan's two premium oolong harvests: Winter (November-December) and Spring (April-May). The most recent crop will be listed here.
These teas show off the freshness of oolong tea, with bright refreshing notes like flowers, citrus and sometimes even snappy green beans. Unless otherwise noted, because they are unroasted they show their best when consumed within two years of the harvest date.
