Smooth, creamy and floral. The oxidation level leans toward the green side, offering up a brilliant jade colored broth. Generous bouquet is full of sweet floral tones and a hint of brilliant citrus. Broth is classic high mountain oolong, gorgeous and bodacious, with a tasty savory theme underlying the sweet taste and complex aroma.
We picked up this tea earlier in the year because it was too good to pass up, but we’ve been holding on to it because we already had two Alishan teas on the menu. An excellent choice for any lovers of fragrant, jade colored high mountain oolong tea.
