Harvested from an unsprayed, high elevation tea garden in Jianshi Shan, Hsinchu County. The same mountain as our Diva High Mountain comes from, and some of the full figured fruitiness reminds us of that tea. We've gently baked the tea on our bamboo roasters to give it more definition.

A new roast since last time, this batch has better defined fruitiness and less of that warming spice. Broth is also quite soft.

A nectar-like bug bitten sweetness leads the way for this easygoing tea, and its juicy mouthfeel gives it character. Dry leaf in hot porcelain gives off notes of buttery pastry and stone fruit. Broth is golden-yellow, this batch is a bit brighter. Darker florals give a buzzing vibrancy of high elevation, but compared to classic high mountain oolong it is more sultry, a bit more shadow to it thanks to the deeper oxidation and light roast. There's a hint of toasty warmth to it that takes off the bright green freshness of raw tea, but less than the previous batch. Broth is light and sweet with a juicy texture that swishing around a coats the mouth comfortably. Notes of orange marmalade and pineapple linger on the palate after swallowing.

This tea is just a lot of fun with its fruity notes and saucy demeanor.
