Advanced Seminar on Tea Appreciation

This is a seminar for exploring deeper the subtleties of tea appreciation for people who have already joined us for our Fundamentals class. The teas we work with will change based on who has come to the class and what topics everybody is ready to study that day.

Please make sure you have taken our Fundamentals of Tea Appreciation class where we introduce the building block concepts of broth structure AT LEAST ONCE before joining this seminar. Without a solid foundation in basic structure we are afraid that it’s too easy to slip into the dimension of imagined experience. (Our fundamentals class is not a 'beginners' class, as nobody else that we know of is teaching these concepts in tea, at least not in English, so it is very unlikely that you will have learned it already somewhere else.)

We ask that students that wish to join this class write us an email before the date of the class to let us know what they have been working on at home and what they wish to study more deeply.
