Tea Class Next Step : Scent Structure

The next frontier to explore after getting a firm hold on the structure of tea in the mouth. We wait to introduce scent structure because it’s just that much less tangible. Unlike mouthfeel structure, there is no physical material to trace as it interacts with the body. However, scent structure represents a beautiful realm of experience in tea and is the first gateway into ‘Qi’. We are excited to bring our next step in to these classes!

Please make sure you have taken our standard ‘tea class’ where we introduce the fundamental concepts of broth structure AT LEAST ONCE before joining the scent class. Without a solid foundation in basic structure we are afraid that it’s all too easy to slip into the dimension of imagined experience.
