Lishan High Mountain 2023 Spring

Lishan (Pear Mountain) is the highest elevation tea mountain that we source from. Because of it's super high elevation it is famed within Taiwan for producing the finest high mountain oolongs.

If you're into complex bouquet in your high mountain, this is a good choice. Citrus and floral notes are big and plentiful, but retain an excellent sense of balance that make this tea a pleasure to drink and drink. Body is light to medium with a creamy-mineral mouthfeel. Elegant aftertaste stimulates salivation and leaves behind a refreshing fragrance to evaporate in the mouth.

Overall very tasteful with plenty of personality. I'll be happy to keep coming back to this tea.
